CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES

WET INGREDIENT
1 cup butter, ( i use buttercup brand )
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

DRY INGREDIENT
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour / wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nut ( eg: almond ) *IF U LIKE MORE NUTS U CAN PUT 2 CUP OF CHOPPED NUT



1. heat oven at 130oc for 30 minutes
2. beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
3. then add egss, beat well
4. stir together all dry ingredient in a large bowl.
5. gradually add dry ingredient mixture to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
6. stir chocolate chips and chopped nut
7. drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. bake for 25 minutes in 130oc or until lightly browned.
9. cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. cool completely. about 5 dozen / 60 cookies make.
