WET INGREDIENT
1 cup butter, ( i use buttercup brand )
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
DRY INGREDIENT
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour / wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nut ( eg: almond ) *IF U LIKE MORE NUTS U CAN PUT 2 CUP OF CHOPPED NUT
1. heat oven at 130oc for 30 minutes
2. beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
3. then add egss, beat well
4. stir together all dry ingredient in a large bowl.
5. gradually add dry ingredient mixture to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
6. stir chocolate chips and chopped nut
7. drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. bake for 25 minutes in 130oc or until lightly browned.
9. cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. cool completely. about 5 dozen / 60 cookies make.

CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFIN
ngredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour / wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons best quality cocoa powder
- 1 cup superfine sugar / castor sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Direction
- mix all dry ingredient together : put flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder into a same bowl and stir
- mix all wet ingredient together : pour milk, butter, egg and vanilla extract into a bowl and stir until it mix well.
- pour wet ingredient into dry ingredient. stir properly.
- pour the chocolate chip in the mixture of ingredient
- stir the mixture just for a while, dont make it too long.
- pour the mixture into the cup. Use an ice-cream scoop or large spoon to fill the muffin cups 3/4 full or 1 cup full
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and then bake for 30 minutes with 180 degrees of temperatures
VANILLA MUFFIN
