VANILLA CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFIN

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups  all purpose flour / wheat flour 
• 2 teaspoons baking powder 
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
• 3 tabelspoons vanilla powder
• 2 tablespoons  best quality cocoa powder
• 1 cup superfine sugar / castor sugar
•  cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Direction

1. mix all dry ingredient together : put flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla powder into a same bowl and stir
2. mix all wet ingredient together : pour milk, butter, egg and vanilla extract into a bowl and stir until it mix well. 
3. pour wet ingredient into dry ingredient. stir properly. 
4. pour the chocolate chip in the mixture of ingredient 
5. stir the mixture just for a while, dont make it too long.
6. pour the mixture into the cup. Use an ice-cream scoop or large spoon to fill the muffin cups 3/4 full or 1 cup full
7. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and then bake for 30 minutes with 180 degrees of temperatures
