VANILLA MUFFIN

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups  all purpose flour / wheat flour 
• 2 teaspoons baking powder 
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
• 3 tabelspoons vanilla powder
• 1 cup superfine sugar / castor sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Direction

1. mix all dry ingredient together : put flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla powder into a same bowl and stir
2. mix all wet ingredient together : pour milk, butter, egg and vanilla extract into a bowl and stir until it mix well. 
3. pour wet ingredient into dry ingredient. stir properly.
4. stir the mixture just for a while, dont make it too long.
5. pour the mixture into the cup. Use an ice-cream scoop or large spoon to fill the muffin cups 3/4 full or 1 cup full
6. bake for 30 minutes with 180 degrees of temperatures
